Peanut Butter Fudge
2 Bags Reese's PB Chips
4.5 T butter
1 t milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 t vanilla
3-4 oz marshmallow creme
Combine first five ingredients in medium saucepan stirring continuously on
medium low heat until melted (5-10 minutes). Remove from heat. Stir in
marshmallow creme until completely mixed in. Stir on top of heat another 1-2
minutes. Remove from heat; spoon into butter lined pan. Refrigerate a few hours
until firm. Cut into pieces and enjoy!
Snickerdoodles
1/2 C butter
1/2 granulated sugar
1/3 brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 t vanilla
1 1/2 C flour
1/4 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
1/4 t cream of tartar
Topping
2 T granulated sugar
1 t cinnamon
Mix dough ingredients together with mixer. Refrigerate for an
hour. Roll small balls of dough into topping mixture and bake at 300 for 8-12
minutes or until done. Cookies will look undercooked but they keep cooking after
you take them out of the oven and you don't want them to over bake.
